Mission Statement
Based on the southwest side of Chicago, South Siders For Peace
is a community group of activists united in our opposition to the invasion and occupation of Iraq, and to war in principle as a means of resolving international conflict.
Together we seek ways to build a more just, honorable, and peaceful society, and to promote our views through the undaunted exercise of our First Amendment rights.
Please join us for our weekly meeting upstairs on the second floor of Beverly Unitarian Church 103rd & Longwood Drive in Chicago Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m.
